This Boldly Go Campaign Privacy Policy applies only to your participation in the Boldly Go Campaign (“campaign”) and is separate and distinct from the Privacy Policy that the Roddenberry Foundation maintains for its website. In this policy, “we,” “us” or “our” refers to the Roddenberry Foundation.

The Roddenberry Foundation collects, uses, shares and otherwise processes Personal Data (defined below) for purposes of allowing you to participate in the Boldly Go Campaign.

In this Privacy Policy, “Personal Data” means information that (either in isolation or in combination with other information held by the Roddenberry Foundation) enables you to be identified as an individual or recognized directly or indirectly. We may collect Personal Data when you respond to our campaign advertising by clicking on advertisements or otherwise interacting with us through the campaign.

IF YOU ARE UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE, THEN PLEASE DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE BOLDLY GO CAMPAIGN.

If the Foundation learns that personally identifiable information of persons less than 13-years-of-age has been collected on this Website without verifiable parental consent, then we will take the appropriate steps to delete this information. If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child under the age of 13 has submitted content for the Boldly Go Campaign, then you may alert the Roddenberry Foundation.

When interacting with official campaign social media pages, the Roddenberry Foundation’s Boldly Go Campaign Privacy Policy may apply.
