Collection of Personal Data
The Roddenberry Foundation collects, uses, shares and otherwise processes Personal Data (defined below) for purposes of allowing you to participate in the Boldly Go Campaign.
We may collect your name, email address, username, phone number, location and any other information you choose to provide. We may use automated technologies, described below, to collect information about your equipment. The information we obtain in this manner may include your device IP address, identifiers associated with your devices, web browser characteristics, device characteristics and clickstream data.
We may also collect your Computer Internet Protocol (IP) address, unique device identifier (“UDID”), cookies, web beacons, web server logs and other technologies and other data linked to a device. Our Commitment to Children’s Privacy
Protecting the privacy of children is especially important. For that reason, the Roddenberry Foundation does not knowingly collect or maintain personally identifiable information from persons under 13 years-of-age, and no part of the Boldly Go Campaign is directed to persons under 18 years-of-age.
IF YOU ARE UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE, THEN PLEASE DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE BOLDLY GO CAMPAIGN.
If the Foundation learns that personally identifiable information of persons less than 13-years-of-age has been collected on this Website without verifiable parental consent, then we will take the appropriate steps to delete this information. If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child under the age of 13 has submitted content for the Boldly Go Campaign, then you may alert the Roddenberry Foundation.
